“This is our very first ocean/beach trip! This by far is a very nice place too stay! It is very quiet and super safe by far we have met some of the nicest people And all very friendly! The best part of the trip so far has been waking up in before daylight and going down to the ocean as there is nobody on the beach but maybe a couple people. If you’re looking at a home away from home I want to enjoy the beach with the security of your family being safe this is the place. Our room was very clean and very tidy it comes with everything you would possibly need to cook with it with it’s almost like a little home. The bedrooms are a little small but nothing we couldn’t work around and we are definitely going to be coming back for sure next year. We are on the eighth floor if you have a chance we feel the higher the better you get a better view.”

“I've come every year here for the same week, with the same people since I was born. The customer service is absolutely THE BEST I've ever had. They're friendly and go above and beyond. You will never get a better location. It sits next to all private homes and the beach is pretty empty all the time. There is a public water way from runoff, but I don't know of any health concerns from kids playing in it. The lawn is well maintained, but the only issue is cleanliness of rooms and property. I'm not sure what the issues are with cleaning rooms. The floors are dirty and there's been multiple years we've had hairs on the toilet. I will say they fix any issues as soon as you tell the front desk. The pullout couch is very used as well as the chairs. It's a smaller pool and the hotub water is questionable. The parking spaces are small. I wish I could give it 5 stars just for customer service. I would stay here no question though.”

“The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great views of the beach! The best part is that you are steps from the beach. Just be aware that these are time shares, so it's possible your stay might get split into two different rooms. Meaning you'll check into one room then have to move into another. This happen to us, we were surprised, but didn't mind. However, I can see this being an issue for some, so I'd call them directly before booking to make sure you are staying in one room or not. Otherwise you'll have a lovely time here.”

“We did a week here in a one bedroom oceanside with three people. Our condo was clean and comfy, and steps away from the beach! The bed was very firm, so if you need a softer mattress, make sure you bring a mattress topper (we luckily had brought one just in case). My MIL slept on the pull out sofa just fine. Definitely from an older era, it's had a facelift but kept some of the features that add charm without sacrificing amenities. Had all the basic supplies you need while traveling. There were a lot of families staying there at the same time, and we enjoyed interacting with them. All of the staff were kind and helpful. We definitely want to return again for a future trip!”

“We have owned a unit here for Many years. We just returned home after another great week at Beach House. We have never had a problem and our unit has always been clean. We had everything we needed. Staff was very courteous and always willing to assist if needed. We love going to Beach House. Our Unit is in an amazing location and right at the beach. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing and this is definitely our home away from home! We have owned our unit for about ten years and are thinking about buying another unit for a different week here. I have never seen any type of bugs here. I do normally close the patio door at night. We love our Beach House!”

“All of the staff was super nice. Our room was very clean the beds were very comfy. All the essential things you needed were included in the room. The pools were sparkling clean. The beach was beautiful. They offer some fun activities during the day and at night on certain days.We were very happy we stayed a little ways out from the hub. I will definitely be back.”
